Unfortunately bro I traded in Gears already to take advantage of a 40 dollar trade in special. I was not a big fan of the run and gun tactics and grenade tagging and such that plagued the online aspect. Wish I could join ya but you can count me in for Vegas tomorrow!!

Just trying to broaden their horizons. LOL Really they could play Resistance for a couple of hours then switch to Gears and join us. We usually play until 3:00 am cst So there is plenty of time.

I tell ya what, ill go see if EB has any used copies and I will pick one up for the sole purpose of game nights on it and join yall on the late night next weekend if possible. My problem was having mostly UK friends and they were all as hooked on Vegas as I was so when I had a chance to play GoW online I didnt have many firends to play with so the jackasses in the lobbies and in-game didnt help my patience with the online aspect.

Thanks for the great game last night...sorry Tex, got stuck late at the gym last night and I seriously need time to do some honing of my mad Gears skillz *actually I'm extrememly pathetic...it took me like 20 tries to finally kill RAAM* So anywho, I'm gonna spend some significant time practicing so as not to look completely spastic.
BTW...something was seriously messed up with my game last night, the last round I played everytime I launched a grenate it just dropped right at my feet so I had to run like hell not to kill myself and other times when I'd get killed at one of your hands it would tell me I commited suicide...never seen that happen before.

Don't worry about it. We played until 3:15am cst so its never too late because we would probably still be there. Don't worry about your skilss at the game. We don't play that serious. The game is more for fun and conversations.

Steve,
It's a wierd glitch that happens in some games... the grenades seem to hit an "invisible" wall in front of you... and there's one with the shotgun too. Everytime you fire the shotgun you essentially commit suicide!
I had the shotgun one last night... and the grenade one too!
... and I also had 2 disconnects where I got bumped offline.
The servers were a bit wonky last night!!!

HAH!!! Thanks Elsa...that's what it was, the shotty suicide...thank God it's not just me, I felt so retarded *laughs* And thanks to everyone who added me to their buddy list and the invite to the GAP clan
Texas...I may join late, but I'll give her a shot this Friday, just let me know what I need to do to get into the game.
